All copyrights belong to RROECHAN unless otherwise stated. Non-commercial distribution is permitted as long as credit is given where it is due.

Terms of Service

  • I have the right to decline doing a commission for any reason. However, if you had already paid and I find myself unable to complete it for whatever reason, I will issue a refund.

  • Once a commission is complete it is entirely non-refundable. In cases wherein the commission has only been partially completed, then you will only receive a partial refund.

  • Artwork is for personal use only. You may not use it for commercial, NFT, AI generation purposes.

  • If posted elsewhere, it must be credited back to me.

  • If possible, especially in the case of original characters, please send me as many references as you can. A visual reference is preferred but I am able to work with text descriptions, mood boards and/or photos (of hair styles, clothing etc.)

  • A Character Design fee will be added on if I am working from scratch.

  • Fee may also rise depending on the character's complexity.

  • I am permitted to use your commission as I see fit (e.g. portfolio, self advertising) unless told directly otherwise.

Payment

  • Payment after base sketch is completed and agreed upon.

  • Commissions over 100$ can be paid 50/50. First after the sketch is done, second after it has been completed.

  • Paying means you've agreed to my T.O.S.

  • Rendering will begin after payment.

  • In a case of a commission that is coloured, I will send a work in progress of the illustration in its line-art and flat colours stage to confirm any changes.

  • Payment via Paypal, Ko-fi or TNG(TouchNGo).

  • Payment in USD or MYR.

  • Contact me at my Discord(calmeroe) OR any of my active social media accounts for both orders and questions.

Limits

Will draw:

  • Original Characters

  • Fan art

  • Ship art*

  • Gore*

  • Suggestive art

  • Furries / Hybrids / Animals / Humanoids

  • Complex clothing

  • Diverse body/skin/hair types

Won't draw:

  • Mecha

  • Landscapes*

  • Offensive themes
